Khiva Uzbekistan

Khiva is a town located in the western province of Khorezm in the Republic. It is perhaps home to the most uniform example of Islamic architecture in the world, filled with breathtaking mosques and madrasahs. Its historical center, Itchan Kala, is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Khiva is often referred to as the gem of the Khorezm oasis. As an incredibly ancient city, Khiva is counted among the Seven Wonders of the World. The majority of its architectural marvels are found within the city's castle. These include towering Eastern structures, grand madrasa buildings, and other historical sites, all adorned with captivating mosaics and ornaments.
